Our high-strength stainless steel and 7075 ultralight thickened aluminum alloy floating brake disc rotors are designed for both stiffness and lightweight. Available in 160mm, 180mm, and 203mm sizes, each disc rotor comes with 6 installation screws and a 44mm bolt pattern. The floating design with a thermal diffuser-like heat sink structure allows for quick heat dissipation, and the hollow construction further reduces weight while improving heat and mud drainage. The 75-degree five-pin fixed connection offers the most stable force transfer, and the floating structure can avoid vibration-induced longitudinal expansion during heavy braking.
