Resin/Organic Pads: Ideal for casual riders and those in less demanding conditions. Semi-Metallic Pads: Suitable for more frequent use, with medium-high performance. Multi-Metallic/Sintered Pads: Perfect for all-terrain riding, with medium-high to high braking power. Copper-Based Pads: Recommended for aggressive riding, such as downhill, providing the highest braking power.

Installation and Preparation To install your new Corki Cycles disc brake pads, first remove your front and rear wheels. Then, carefully remove the old, worn-out pads from the calipers. Before inserting the new pads, check the condition of your pistons and perform an overall caliper health inspection. Ensure the brake cable or hydraulic hose is in good working order as well.

Using a flat tool, push the pistons back to create space for the new pads. Insert the replacement pads correctly, securing them inside the caliper with the spring and pin. Reattach the wheels and check the disc rotor positioning. If there is any friction or the rotor is difficult to move, you may need to lightly file the pads or wait for them to wear in over the first few rides.
